David Archuleta gears up for a giant game of tennis as he arrives at the 2010 Arthur Ashe Kids Day in Queens, NY on Saturday afternoon (August 28).
The 19-year-old musician teamed up with the Jonas Brothers, former tour-mate Demi Lovato and Allstar Weekend for the music festival for children and families which features interactive games, entertainment and grounds activities honoring the legacy of Arthur Ashe as the US Open begins.
Allstar Weekend also posted about the event, “Arthur Ashe was awesome!!! The minute we get in the van my whole band falls asleep on our way back to the hotel in NYC. Traffic is rough.”
Get ready because Allstar Weekend will be invading your television sets on Sunday and Monday!
This Sunday, August 29th be sure to tune in to CBS to see Allstar Weekend’s performance from the Arthur Ashe Kid’s Day concert from 12pm-1pm EST. Other celebs set to perform include the Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato, David Archuleta and more!

Yesterday, Allstar Weekend began work on a new music video. The guys started the day at 4:30am and rocked until 11:30pm. No word yet what the song will be, but based on new merchandise what do you think it’s Hey Princess?
